2. - ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
2.1 The General Terms and Conditions, indicated in this document, may be updated or modified at any time by the CONTRACTOR, who will promptly communicate it via the website www.wishingsicily.it.
2.2 These Conditions that regulate the services supply must be examined online by the Customer, which confirms their complete acknowledgment and acceptance.

3. – SERVICES
3.1 Services are provided by using vehicles equipped with all the necessary required security systems. They are also subject to periodic checks and revisions as required by current regulations.
3.2 The personnel at customers disposal is always prepared and authorized to perform the requested service.
3.3 Vehicles and passengers are covered by insurance policy.
3.4 Services are chargeable.
3.5 Any failure to carry out the service due to force majeure or operational technical needs of Wishing Sicily, does not give right to refund.

4. - RESERVATIONS AND PURCHASE OF SERVICES

4.1 Services can be booked and purchased through the affiliated website www.wishingsicily.it and Tour Operators.
4.2 The purchase of services is subject to availability and payment of a deposit as indicated via e-mail to the address provided at the time of booking
4.3 On booking, the Customer declares to be of age and ensures that all provided data are correct and complete and correspond to reality..
4.4 The purchase of service is proof of acceptance by the customer of the terms and conditions of supply described here.

5. - COST OF SERVICES
5.1 The rates include the charges related to the service provided. The cost of the service includes the services expressly indicated in the description of each individual service.
5.2 Any regional or local taxes in force at the time the service is provided are not included.
5.3 Wishing Sicily reserves the right to periodically carry out promotional campaigns about sale of individual services.
The methods of sale will be indicated in the description attached to the single promotion.

6. – CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, ANNULMENTS
6.1 The date of the service purchased can be changed after communication to Wishing Sicily and must be authorized by e-mail confirmation.
6.2 Cancellation by the customer will involve the loss of the sums paid according to what is established by the law in force.
6.3 Any requests for changes and / or refunds, concerning services purchased through authorized intermediaries, must be addressed and managed by the same intermediaries.
6.4 The Contractor reserves the right to cancel the provision of the service at any time before the start in accordance with Law No. 1084 of 27/12/1977, without any other obligation than that of restitution of sums paid by the customer. Wishing Sicily also reserves the right to make changes to timetables and / or itineraries and / or changes veichels, without notice as a result of adverse weather conditions, intence traffic and / or the needs of the carrier.

7 - VOUCHER
7.1 The customer, having made the required payment, will receive all the useful documentation and will take care of printing a copy to show to Wishing Sicily staff.

The Contractor will not reimburse anything in case of disruption or non-provision of the service, resulting from any communication errors.
7.3 Wishing Sicily will be liable only for those bookings made on the www.wishingsicily.it site. However, it will be the Client's concern and commitment to verify the accuracy of the data during the issuing of the document.
7.4 Any disputes arising from incorrect registration must be submitted directly to the providers (Receptive Structures, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators).

8 - TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
8.1 The service is organized by Wishing Sicily. Customers must follow the instructions provided.
The customer will find the details of the service purchased on the documents received at the time of payment.
8.2 Once the logistic indications have been received, on the day the service is performed, the Customer has the obligation:
a) to arrive fifteen minutes before the indicated departure time.
b) failure to attend the place agreed within the time indicated in the previous point, does not entitle the client to any reimbursement.
c) all the schedule will be confirmed by Wishing Sicily via e-mail. In case of doubt, the Customer must peremptorily contact Wishing Sicily at the addresses above indicated .
d) Wishing Sicily reserves the right to make changes to programs and / or timetables during adverse weather conditions, force majeure, technical and operational needs.

9. - SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
9.1 For any kind of assistance and in order to know the procedures for the transport of disabled people in wheelchairs or other walking difficulties, you need to contact Wishing Sicily.
The prior communication of any needs, related to the mobility of the customer, will allow to prepare a better service.

10. - BAGGAGE
10.1 It is absolutely forbidden to transport dangerous goods of any kind on our vehicles, transgressors will be reported to the competent Authorities.
10.2 Passengers are responsible for their baggage and its contents

11. - PETS TRANSPORT
11.1 Pet transportation is allowed only for certain services and subject to prior agreement and authorized in writing by Wishing Sicily.
